• Call Center Representative
  • Description
    • Call Center Representatives are responsible for contacting our Clients' customers regarding a variety of issues, including customer service and collection of receivables.  Call Center Representatives have exposure to a variety of business models and the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a successful, growing business.
    • Call Center Representatives are eligible to receive incentive pay based on performance.
  • Requirements
    • A successful candidate will have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Some college coursework is preferred. A successful applicant will also be familiar with desktop computing applications including e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheets and type a minimum of 30 words per minute. Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong communicators.
